Returns & Exchanges

OUR POLICY

We are sure you'll love it... but if you don't, please contact us within 14 days of purchase, to arrange a return. 

Exesia reserves the right to deny any item/s return if they do not comply with the following… 

Item must be:

  • returned in original condition and packaging
  • undamaged and unworn
  • returned within 14 days, including purchase receipt

We DO NOT accept returns on:

  • pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons
  • sale/ end of season clearance items

 

EXCHANGES

Exesia only accepts exchanges for damaged (on-arrival) products or incorrect choice of ring size (only if stock is available).

Due to our limited edition and uniquely crafted products, we may not be able to process an exchange and a credit note will be issued instead. 

 

CREDIT NOTE / ONLINE E-VOUCHER

All item/s are subject to inspection before their return is approved.

Once accepted, Exesia will issue an online “E-Voucher” to the purchase value of your returned item/s ONLY and does not include any delivery charges.

 

RETURN SHIPPING INFO

Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.

Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to us. 

We will not issue a return on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

 

RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?

All our products are checked and photographed before dispatch. 

If by chance you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7days (including photographs and details highlighting the issue).

Our customer service team will do its best to provide you with a repair/ replacement if your request is valid.
